The easiest way for the lazy people

This is one of the best technique in editing the skin.

First step:

Go open your picture and go to Layer>Duplicate layer. As shown in the image.

Step 1 should look like this>>>>

How to open layers? Go here.. 

 Now, go to Filter>Blur>Gausian Blur then it should look like this.>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>

Which will obviously look like this.>>>>>>>>

Now, go back to layers. then set the layer mode from Normal to Overlay.
